Taking Flight NecklaceThis unique necklace was actually inspired by a fabric pattern from a throw pillow. The form could allude to a bird's tail feathers in flight or the flowing robes of an apparition. Those of us with a more whimsical imagination might even see a reference to dragon's wings. The pearl elevated atop the spire-like structure gives the design a feeling of upward motion. All of these elements together make the piece feel like it is soaring.
